1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jielivo website located at jielivo.net, including all associated pages, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

jielivo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jielivo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jielivo or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the jielivo Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jielivo reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if it determines that you do not meet these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jielivo Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jielivo. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jielivo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify jielivo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Non-Transferability: Your jielivo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

jielivo reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jielivo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jielivo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱10, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jielivo account instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Identity Verification: jielivo may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. This may include submission of a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You may not fund your jielivo account using credit cards, cryptocurrency of any kind, or any payment method not listed as accepted. Transactions from prohibited sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jielivo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.
• jielivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• jielivo reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse and to take appropriate action accordingly.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jielivo Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on jielivo use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the applicable game.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, jielivo reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed in that round. jielivo's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify jielivo's customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. jielivo will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
• Prohibited Software: The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. jielivo employs detection systems to identify such activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jielivo Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Transmitting any virus, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or jielivo staff;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or bonus limitations;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jielivo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jielivo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jielivo's prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jielivo's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data

jielivo is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jielivo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jielivo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

jielivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• jielivo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• jielivo is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at jielivo's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jielivo customer support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jielivo operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming.

14 Amendments

jielivo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jielivo will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
