The jielivo Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jielivo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, all applicants are required to confirm their date of birth and agree that they meet the minimum age requirement. jielivo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

Any personal data inadvertently collected from a person under the age of 21 will be deleted as soon as jielivo becomes aware of the situation, subject to any legal obligations that may require retention of certain records.
